The two grids represent the map of a modern city.
In each row and in each column there are three buildings of 10, 20 and 30 stores (1-2-3), but there also are three parks that have 0 (zero) stores. The numbers beside rows and columns show which one is the first building that you can see along the same row or column. Obviously the parks don't count as "seen" buildings.
You have to find the heights of all the buildings.
