When the Casino of the City of Venice had its summer venue at the Lido beach and it was offering a great service to the people living on the island. 
One of the most beautiful ludoteques ever done, always very crowded: every night people were standing on a line to get in.  

It was in the 90s, and we had thousands of boardgames (everybody was crazy about a game called Gino Pilotino!), we had the first PC connected to the web, celebrities were coming to join the parties, challenges and tournaments of any kind were organized, and much more.  

Well, it was simply wonderful!
